Product information and natural variation

  • Our products may include natural stone/jade items. Natural materials can vary in color, translucency, texture, veining, inclusions, and pattern. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • Product photos/videos are for reference. Lighting, screens, and camera settings may affect appearance.

Orders, pricing, and payments

  • Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or verification issues.

  • Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of delay may occur due to carrier operations, customs, holidays, or force majeure events.

Size exchange and returns

Our return/exchange rules are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Key points include:

  • Size exchange only within 14 days from delivery receipt.

  • Item must be in original condition, original packaging, and 100% good quality with no cracks/breaks.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable; return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (images, text, product descriptions, logos, design elements) is owned by YingMart or used under permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
