Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy (Size Exchange Only)

If you would like to exchange the size, you may return your order within 14 days from the date you receive the shipment.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned:

• In original condition (unworn / unused)

• With original packaging

• In 100% good quality, with no cracks, chips, or breaks

Please pack the item carefully when returning it. We will inspect every return upon arrival and only accept exchanges if the item remains 100% in perfect condition. Thank you for your support.

How to start a return / exchange

To request a size exchange, please contact us first by:

• Email: care@yingmart.co, or

• Chat via the message box on the channel/platform where you purchased (e.g., the same marketplace inbox)

Please include:

• Order number

• Your name

• The item(s) you want to exchange

• The size you want to exchange to

• Photos/video of the item condition and packaging (recommended)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return/exchange may not be accepted.

Return shipping & fees

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Return shipping charges are paid by the buyer.

• If an exchange is approved, you will ship the item back to us using your chosen carrier.

Damages, defects, or wrong items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away via care@yingmart.co or the message box on the channel where you purchased, so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

• Custom, special-order, or personalized items

• Items that have been altered or resized after purchase

• Sale items (final sale)

• Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

The purpose of this policy is size exchange. Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process the exchange.
